Shipping Rates: Shipping is based on the total weight of your order. Pencil machines have a 23 pound shipping weight, and pencils weigh 2 pounds per gross. You have a choice of actual UPS rates, or flat rate shipping for the continental US based on the total weight of your order.

So, either pencil machine costs $30 to ship by itself, and pencils cost $12.00 to ship one gross, or $25 to ship 10 gross.
Orders may take up to two weeks to arrive if we do not have the product(s) in stock. We apologize if there is a delay, but believe the uniqueness of our products make them worth the wait. We usually get out orders the next day if the product(s) are in stock.
We usually ship UPS. We will send you a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Our calculated shipping prices only apply to orders delivered within the continental US. Non-US delivery orders or orders to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping costs. If so, we will notify you before shipping.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can notify us by phone at (800) 473-2132 or email to sales@pencilpartners.com before we have shipped your products, or
- You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, assuming the products have not been used and are in sellable condition.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs.
- Upon receipt of your returned products we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as per your request.
